Barbara Lea

Barbara Lea was an American actress and singer.

Barbara Ann LeCocq was born into a musical family her musical heritage is traceable to a great uncle, Alexandre Charles LeCocq an important nineteenthcentury composer of French light opera. Barbaras father changed their surname to Leacock she shortened it to Lea when she begin working professionally. Barbara grew up in a Detroit suburb and attended the girlsonly Kingswood School .
